These terms govern your use of Ezer, an AI personal-assistant service operated by Revgineer (Israeli business ID 303464796). By creating an account or using Ezer, you agree to them.
Ezer is an assistant you talk to over Telegram (and, where enabled, WhatsApp) and manage from a web dashboard. With your permission it can read and act on connected services (for example your Google Calendar). You control what you connect, and you can disconnect at any time.
Ezer proposes anything that leaves your workspace or can't be undone - creating or deleting a calendar event, changing something in a connected tool - and only carries it out after you confirm ("yes"). Reversible bookkeeping it may do directly. You should still review what it does.
Ezer is powered by AI and can be wrong, incomplete, or misinterpret a request. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional, legal, medical, or financial advice, and verify anything important before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revgineer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for actions taken based on Ezer's output. The service may change or be interrupted; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may stop using Ezer and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
We'll update this page and its "last updated" date when these terms change materially. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
