Ezer - Privacy Policy

Ezer ("Ezer", "we", "us") is an AI personal-assistant service operated by
Revgineer (Israeli business ID 303464796). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect
- Account details - your email address (for sign-in) and display name.
- Messaging identity - the Telegram (and, where enabled, WhatsApp) account
ID you link, so Ezer knows it's you.
- Your messages to Ezer - the content of your conversations, used to carry
out what you ask.
- Connected Google data (only if you connect Google): your Google Calendar
events and Google Drive files that you create with or share to Ezer. We request the minimum
scopes needed: Calendar (read + manage events) and
drive.file (only files Ezer
creates or you explicitly open with it - not your whole Drive). We do not
request access to Gmail.
- Usage metadata - message counts, timestamps, and AI token/cost figures,
used to run the service, show you your usage, and prevent abuse.
How we use it
- To operate the assistant - answer you, and take the actions you request.
- To keep you signed in and route your messages to your own workspace.
- To show you usage, enforce fair-use limits, and debug errors.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use your content to train
third-party AI models.
Google user data - Limited Use. Ezer's use and transfer of information received
from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including its
Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the
features you request, is never sold, never used for ads, and is not used to train generalized AI
models. Humans do not read your Google data except with your consent, for security, or as
required by law.
Where it lives & who processes it
We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run Ezer:
- Anthropic - the AI model that powers Ezer (processes your messages to generate replies).
- Google - only the data you authorize, via the Google APIs above.
- Telegram / WhatsApp - the messaging channels you choose to use.
- Cloudflare, Fly.io, Supabase - hosting, compute, and database.
Your Google refresh token is encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM); we never store it
in plaintext.
Retention & your choices
- Disconnect Google anytime from your connections page, or at
myaccount.google.com/permissions
- this deletes the stored token.
- Unlink a channel or delete your account from your dashboard;
deleting your account removes your profile, linked identities, and stored tokens.
- Request access to or deletion of your data by emailing hello@b2y.tech.

We'll update this page and its "last updated" date when this policy changes materially.
